Any means of payment destined for Headsite.com is made without any attempt to defraud either the cardholder or Headsite.com
I am not purchasing any goods from this web site which are intended for any kind of illegal use
I understand that seeds are sold without a guarantee except where specifically stated otherwise by the relevant seedbank.
All seeds come 10 per pack except where otherwise stated.
I assume full responsibility for my own actions without prejudice
I understand that it is my responsibilty to know the laws in the country in which I live or have products sent to.

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as is humanly possible but always within statutory time limits (Distance Selling Act) and if there is likely to be any appreciable delay we will contact you regarding your instructions in the matter.
Being a perishable product seeds may not be returned to us.
Unwanted books in perfect condition may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt with the return postage payable by the customer.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. The contract is effective from notification of dispatch.

Please note that while every effort will be made to dispatch the exact goods ordered, occasionally Headsite.com will reserve the right to substitute a near identical item.

Headsite.com takes great care to ensure that all information and pricing is accurate however should there be a typographical error made on the website we will not be held responsible for this and an incorrectly priced product will result in the offer of sale to be withdrawn. 

N.B. WE DO NOT SEND CANNABIS SEEDS TO THE USA. Do not send orders or payments for this purpose - such payments will not be returned.

If sending payment from outside the UK the following rules apply:

1) DO NOT USE AN EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE - these cannot deliver to our PO Box, use registered mail only.
2) DO NOT INCLUDE ORDER DETAILS - the order number will suffice.
3) DO NOT SEND MONEY ORDERS.
We will not be held responsible for any losses if you do not observe these instructions.
