Viewer or customers of this web site must agree to all of the following statements:

I am not purchasing any goods from this web site which are intended for any kind of illegal use
I understand that seeds, although kept in ideal refrigerated storage at a constant 4°Celsius, are sold without guarantee due to the live/perishable nature of the goods, the potential for customer error and the differing legal status in various jurisdictions.
I assume full responsibility for my own actions without prejudice
I understand that it is my responsibilty to know the laws in the country in which I live or have products sent to.

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as is humanly possible but always within statutory time limits (Distance Selling Act) and if there is likely to be any appreciable delay we will contact you regarding your instructions in the matter.
Being a perishable product seeds may not be returned to us unless they have been damaged in transit in which case all contents and packaging must be returned for our inspection.
Should seeds be returned to us due to delivery problems, incorrect address details submitted by the customer or through the agency, or lack thereof, of the customer we will not refund the delivery charge.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. The contract is effective from notification of dispatch.

Please note that while every effort will be made to dispatch the exact goods ordered, occasionally Headsite.com will reserve the right to substitute a near identical item.

Headsite.com takes great care to ensure that all information and pricing is accurate however should there be a typographical error made on the website we will not be held responsible for this and an incorrectly priced product will result in the offer of sale to be withdrawn. 

If sending payment from outside the UK the following rules apply:

1) DO NOT USE AN EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE - these cannot deliver to our PO Box, use registered mail only.
2) DO NOT INCLUDE ORDER DETAILS - the order number will suffice.
3) DO NOT SEND MONEY ORDERS.
We will not be held responsible for any losses if you do not observe these instructions.
